Find your max touch and go squat clean for 2 reps, PLUS 2 front squats.
I had fun w this one, got up to 225 and intended on going to 245 til I dropped the barbell on my thigh and bruised it, but I'm fine.
I felt and looked weird/ sloppy and uncomfortable lifting w/o my weightlifters on since I left them home. Definitely been relying on them too much despite my ankle flexibility and stability not being where I want it yet.
