reynosophotography So great! When I lived there back in 199, I was hard pressed to find any authentic places. There was a taqueria on the street behind my old building at 10 Broadway (I think that was the address) little hole in the wall, and the guys were from Nogales, but other than that, it was all large restaurants that never go it right. Can't wait to go back this summer and check out the scene! I'll have to hit you up for recommendations! :) 1mon

chilerosa Thanks! I used yogurt to soften the dough so they turned out fluffy. The texture was a bit grainy because I ground the amaranth at home and added wheat germ. 2mon
