cherylpinedo So true~. It takes work to shed those pounds and return to a life of health but it is doable~. My five day sugar free challenge had 30 people in it. Many lost 2 to 6 pounds in one week and that was a great place to start. But the key is you need to start! Need help getting started or some pointers to get you over the plateau just ask~. cherylpinedo So very true~. If you don't feel like exercise, tell yourself okay I am going to do this for five minutes~. Before you know it your mood changes. You forget your low energy, bad mood or anger. Trust me it works, I've used it for years~. Exercise always changes your attitude to a great one. Are you willing to try it? 5d

cherylpinedo My friends if I could give two things to eliminate in your diet to help you lose weight it would be soda and sugar. Both of these are the leading cause of obesity in America~. I know it is not easy to get off the sugar addiction wheel but it is possible~. Replacing soda with water may sound hard but break it down. Start with carbonated water, than gradually switch to water with fruits, lemon or fresh herbs. Before you know it water becomes your beverage of choice! cherylpinedo Happiness comes from these things because we know we are living out, our purpose that God intended for us. I never would have dreamed of helping 100's of woman get their health and fitness back, but God had a plan for me. He asked " Will you help woman you around your age, who have put everyone else's needs above their own. Will you show them how to rebuild their temples". When I said yes, stepped out of my comfort zone, he has blessed me abundantly. He will do the same for you if you ask him and listen to his purpose for you! You are loved, desired and called for a purpose.....go out there today and rock that purpose and in doing so you will find true happiness!! God Bless my friends 6d

cherylpinedo What a blessing He gives us~. Life is hard, but He gives us glimpse of what heaven will be like. When we surrender our days to him, it lifts a heavy burden off of our shoulders and we are able to do His will! Slowly getting better at this! Anyone else? 1w

cherylpinedo Do you like kale? What's your favorite recipe to use with kale? I love kale sautéed on coconut oil and than adding black beans. If I have left over I scramble it with eggs~. So good. I enjoy the baby kale more in salads, it's easier to chew. Power foods 1w
