  •   bonbon_grl Depends whether you want a creamy polenta, kinda like gritts or porridge, or whether you want a firm polenta that you can slice and bake/fry. I make it all the time because my mom can't have gluten, so it's a nice alternative. Also depends on what type of texture you like. You can use a more coarsely grind which is usually called "cornmeal", or you can use a fine grind which is usually called "corn flour". It's all up to you @zanysphere.   •   bonbon_grl If you wrap the stems of a bunch of bananas they'll last 3 to 4 days longer. Just a little tip since you seem to have so many. LOL 6d

cassidypayne Frozen mango, kiwi, oats & chai this morning...Also with nothing but clean eating and exercise I've lost 2 pounds! Not necessarily trying to lose weight but trying to tone up and be healthy, especially as I have 2 holidays this summer! :) 1w
