cassidypayne Breakfast smoothie - 1 kiwi, 1/2 banana, 1 handful spinach, 1 tbsp agave/honey, 2 tbsp oats, 1/2 inch ginger, 2 tbsp soy yogurt, 200ml soy milk 2d
  •   healthymoo Yum this looks so good! What kind of soy yogurt do you use? :) 2d
  •   cassidypayne @healthymoo Thanks and I use aplro soya :) 2d
  •   cassidypayne *alpro 2d
  •   healthymoo Would you recommend? Being trying to find one with no/less added refined sugar.. :) 2d
  •   cassidypayne @healthymoo Yes definitely, the plain flavour is natural and has no sugar added to it, it needs sweetening to eat but some vanilla extract, agave or just fresh fruit is good for that :) 2d
  •   healthymoo Sounds perf! I'll keep an eye out for it, thank you! 2d
  •   quebelloescocinar Delicious!!!!!!! 2d

cassidypayne Afternoon snack - apple and crunchy peanut butter 3d
  •   gratefulplateful Yum! One of my fave combinations. 2d
  •   cassidypayne @gratefulplateful mine too! I've used all the peanut butter now though :/ 2d
  •   gratefulplateful Omg I just finished all of my pb too! Lol I'm gonna make some more tomorrow! 2d
  •   cassidypayne @gratefulplateful I definitely need to try making some, I usually just buy the whole earth one with no added sugar - do you have a recipe? 2d
  •   gratefulplateful Homemade is amazing!! I cant ever go back. It's super easy to make, too. All you need is about 2-4 cups of roasted unsalted peanuts. Blend in a blender or food processor for several minutes until creamy. Add a pinch of salt if you'd like. I sometimes add cinnamon or maple :). The trick is to blend the peanuts long enough-- at first they will just crumble, but keep blending. The longer they blend, the more oil is released. Soon it will be creamy and delicious! You can add more peanuts at the end to make it crunchy. Hope that helps! 2d
  •   cassidypayne @gratefulplateful Ok thanks, will definitely be making some! 2d
  •   gratefulplateful Let me know how it turns out! 2d
