carriesaumWe had an appointment with Echo's neurologist today, and received an excellent report! We can begin weaning him off his final seizure med, and provided nothing happens, his neuro doesn't want to see him for A YEAR! Besides some very minor fine motor skill delays, the doctor sees nothing to worry about and is completely amazed by our baby's recovery. Echo is hitting all of his milestones, gaining weight (in spite of a rare food allergy which he should grow out of in a couple of years), and has an attention span most adults would love to have.
Tonight, we are reveling in the space of Miracles, Gratitude, and Joy. Thank you for your love, prayers, faith and hope. What a beautiful testament to the power of Grace and Community.
My baby is brave. My baby is strong. My baby is thriving. #echolove2w

carriesaumWell, that didn't take long. Now he has to learn how to let go and fall gracefully. He doesn't know yet how much of his life will be spent trying to learn that lesson. #standingup#lettinggo3w
