carlosfabrizio@miazuzunara that's nice of you to say Kathy. We work hard year round, but it becomes easier to maintain a leaner body when you grow muscle through weight training. We only implement heavy weight training (5 days a week) and very short high intensity interval workouts twice a week. Our eating habits plays a huge roll as well. That's why you haven't seen that many food photos lately. lol. Although, we do enjoy our favorite foods on the weekends.
miazuzunara That's so awesome, you guys rock! pretty cool that you push each other positively to keep at it. I need to get back to strengthening my core and light weight lifting after my back surgery.. for now I can't really do anything, it's way Too painful. carlosfabrizio@miazuzunara Definitely lucky to have Carol as my workout partner. We help keep each other in check. I can imagine the pain you have. I had an injury myself and was restricted for some time. I was able to get back to training after therapy. I hope you can too. In the meantime, the best you can do is work on a good eating habit (aka diet) for your goal.
