brehcram Thanks to @andiray77 (Annnnnndi Mae Ray!) for the delicious/simple recipe; for every 6 drumsticks: add 1/3 cup almond meal, 2 tsp paprika, 2.5 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp curry powder to resealable-gallon-size bag and SHAKE (shake, shake, shake!) 3 drumsticks at a time! Place on cooking sheet (that has been lined with foil and 1/4 cup melted grass-fed butter (or coconut oil) and put into 425• oven. Cook for 30 minutes, flip, and cook 15-20 more!!

brehcram@musicmon@katrinapmusic unfortunately, I played around too much to have a definitive recipe, but I will tell you about my process: I started with one cup of Paleo mayonnaise, added a few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, the juice from one lemon, chopped garlic, tspish sea salt, and probably 2-3 Tbsp of oregano. Then I added more mayo to thicken a bit and then adjusted spices. Thickens more as you refrigerate!
