bluewonder75Behold my weekend potty training shut-in supplies and some motivational treats. I'm definitely the 'let's get it done' type so hopefully it works...if not, I have a few Christmas presents. I'm not one to stay home, so wish me luck! 7h
bluewonder75This really struck a chord with me when I saw it. The man, walking his dog, not in the moment, thinking of all the things he wants and thinks he needs. The dog, totally in the moment and all he needs is what's right in front of him. Ahh....yes. We can learn a lot from dogs. (Says the cat person )2d
bluewonder75R.I.P. Brownie McGraw, or whatever your name is. You were cute and coveted until one day when suddenly you were old, tired and pretty much I couldn't wait to get rid of you. I try to remember this feeling whenever I see something I think I have to have. Eventually it just becomes some old, dumb thing. But every girl needs an everyday purse and so, it served its purpose! 06/2007-12/2013 2d
shylahv Is the aquarium worth it for two adults to experience for the price? I have thought of going but a few people (without children) have told me it is not worth it for 30$... Said it is more of tourist cash grab or a family attraction.
bluewonder75@shylahv well, I mean...it's fish. $30 is steep to just look at fish, but I think it's a pretty neat place. $18-20 would have been more reasonable. My kids are under 3 so they were free.
bluewonder75@shylahv to answer your question, maybe not, unless you have a healthy budget for entertainment, or put it this way...sometimes a movie is crap, but between tickets and popcorn you're at close to the same price, so to do something a little different, why not? The lagoon is the best part (shown here), where the fish are all around you and overhead).
bluewonder75I miss my credit cards...my never ending supply of non-existent money. I miss 'stuff' still, but I know it doesn't make life better. I am feeling very indulged and comfy in my nice fireplace-warmed and super clean house (for now), and happy after snuggling my kids before their bedtime. And - oh yeah - THIS! ^^ 😛1w
bluewonder75Just look at how adorable these two new Christmas tree ornaments are! Every year I get 1, 2, or a small box of new, interesting ornaments. Our tree is always real, with multicolored lights, and no theme (anything goes!), just the way we like it! 2w
bluewonder75 Oh yeah, and they cost less than 5 bucks combined!
