Outraged, it became my inspiration to create the Blogilates Social Network - a place where you can actually talk to each other (openly), share ideas, exercises, diet tips, motivational messages and find other POPsters in your area. Beyond you guys just following me - I want you to make long lasting friendships. Back when my Facebook had under 1000 fans, I actually talked to a core group of POPsters daily and got to know them really well. blogilates Ummmm can someone say that Taco Tuesdays is in full swing at the Blogilates residence!?? Just made these babies for lunch and my taste buds are dancing!! All you need are lettuce leaves, lean ground turkey, some type of beans (black beans are great, I didn't have any so I used edamame), corn, avocado, a lime squeeze and salsa!! Sooooo clean and soooooo full of natural flavor! I didn't even use any oil to sautée the meat. Try it and be amazed! Please show me if you make it ;) 3d

blogilates Homemade dinners on Sunday nights are the best. This evening I had seafood curry with edamame and corn over a mixture of quinoa and forbidden black rice. On the side: a mixed green salad and wakame seaweed with sriracha drizzle. THIS WAS EPIC!!! Not shown: my perfect brussel sprouts! This is like the 10th time I've tried to roast them and I FINALLY got them right! Slightly crispy on the outside and super tender inside. Honestly they were so good...they tasted like French fries! All I did was buy frozen Brussels from trader joes, then I put them on a baking tray with some oil, salt, and pepper! Broiled for 10 min at 500F and then baked at 450F for another 10-15 minutes. They came out UNBELIEVABLY PERFECT. Do you guys have a specific way you make your brussel sprouts? I'd love to hear tips! 5d

blogilates Spicy tuna bowl with veggie mania and a widdle bit of steamed rice. It actually tools me YEARS to be comfortable eating raw fish. Back in high school and college I'd be the girl ordering the baked salmon roll or the teriyaki chicken tempura box because I just couldn't understand the concept of eating meat raw! After many attempts at trying it, I now adore sashimi - salmon, albacore, and yellowtail are my faves!! It's high quality lean protein (just make sure you go to a reputable restaurant or you could get sick)! It is low in saturated fats, cholesterol, and carbs. Salmon, mackerel, herring and tuna in particular are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. But if you prefer your fish cooked, that's ok too!! Do you guys like sashimi? Or can't stand it? 6d

Congratulations - you have another half month to go. I can just imagine where your body and mind will be when you finish the calendar!! And guys, if you don't see progress yet, be patient. Our bodies all respond at different speeds. However, you must be honest with ourself. If you're not eating well but doing the workouts, the results will be stagnated. You know it.
