  •   bellafalconi_fitness @kc_janelle if u are trying to lose weight the first thing u have to do is to eat every three hours, smaller portions but make sure u do it every three hours, cause that will keep your metabolism going. Your last meal should be approx at 8:30 pm max cause after that your body will start the process of assimilation of food u have eat during the day. As far as eating or drinking after training, it really depends on what time u finish your workout and what type of drink you are talking about. If u workout early in the morning u can definitely have a protein shake after u are done, but I would suggest eating at least a little something this way u feel satisfied and don't eat everything u see around u later on. Veggies juice is a great option too, cause u can blend as many veggies as u want and drink as a smoothie that should sustain u for a few hours. 2y

  •   bellafalconi_fitness @tayrae245 ok first mistake, u shouldn't stay away from cardio if u are trying to gain lean mass or pure muscle as u mentioned. Cardio should be limited but never left aside. U can do it 3 x a week for 25 intense minutes. Let me explain why, if u want to gain muscle u will have to eat more right? That means more carbs as well. If u only train weights, at the end of the week you will probably not have burned the total amount of calories u should in order to make sure u stay lean while gaining muscle. One of The main factors of gaining fat is eating more calories than u spend (besides other factors). If u train hard core for about 1:00 a day u will probably burn around 400 calories , let's suppose u workout 5 x a week that means u will have burned 2000 calories with your training. Guess how much % of those calories will come from fat? Around 20% only. If u add cardio at least 3 x a week u will overall be burning more calories from fat. Not only that, u will also improve your resistance and metabolism and won't store the extra calories as fat. I totally recommend Real Mass from Gaspari I gained 3 lbs in one week!!!! 2y

  •   bellafalconi_fitness @mariavq age influences when it comes to metabolism and that's why it is of supreme importance to eat every 3 hours so u keep your metabolism going!!! Some things also contributes with that processes such as drinking lots and lots of water!!!! 2y

Quando o ovo estiver mais consistente vc coloca uma fatia de peito de peru e espera ficar durinho. Dai vc enrola com aquela colher de fazer panqueca com ajuda de uma outra colher pequena ou garfo.... 2y
