I eat Paleo and I follow the principles I learned from the 21 Day Fix as far as balance and portion control go. beckarobinson 3 DAY REFRESH | DAY 2 RECAP

Day 2 came with a bit of a headache. Took the wind out of my sails all day. Also, our childcare wasn't available so the whole day's plans got turned upside down. Hunger-wise day 2 was fine. But emotionally I wanted to eat comfort food. Cleanses really bring out the truth in our eating don't they? I'm ready for Day 3 now, super happy with my results so far, and also ready to go back to eating more variety. I'm already bored of just eating veggies. Lol. #keepingitreal
Starting weight: 134
Day 2 weight: 131
Day 3 weight: 130 (I LITERALLY NEVER thought if see the 120's again. So close I can taste it!!!)
