bakingbecks It has been a lovely evening, bright and sunny. So I took a stroll and collected a basket of beautiful Elderflowers which are now gently steeping with a whole heap of lemons and some sugar to make Wild Elderflower Cordial. 3w

bakingbecks Today's wild swim at Malham Tarn. It's was overcast, occasionally drizzly 15o out of the water but in the water it was warm and wonderful. Out in the middle of the Tarn it was so serene just us floating with the swallows.
If you didn't know Sundays are the best!
