Just finished my AM chest workout, in need replenishing post meal. NO protein powder, just food! Want ABS? Then eat! Don't fear the food. .

Ingredients
2 servings Eggs whites
1 cups Oat flour
1/4 cups almond milk/Soy
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
.
Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy(this step is key, so you don't need baking powder) . Mix in oat flour, milk and vanilla until smooth.
Make sure to spray waffle iron with nonstick. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown deliciousness shows. Enjoy and have fun with this meal. Simple healthy ingredients nobody should feel bad for. Tag me #TeamAtrain and show me dem waffle abs lol.

I love Men's Physique, I love my division but I have to give it to you guys straight. I feel it has given people a pass knowing they can get away with not being proportioned. We are ALL bodybuilders in some shape or form. Building our bodies to the shape and form we envisioned. No where in that vision did we picture chicken legs. Don't BS me about they won't grown! You choose to neglect them saying another day. We are the next generation and are we to leave a mark of jacked dudes with no aesthetics? I seriously hope not. #TeamAtrain

Go grab the healthy foods you enjoy, including a few "enjoyable" ones and simply work them into your macro or caloric intake. Be flexible please. atrain_100 Morning FITFAM, 2 weeks into my cut. 218lbs(6 foot) focusing on ONLY 1lbs a week. Yes the scale didn't move this week, "Honestly" oh fcking well! I love where my body is going as I'm bigger and leaner then ever at this weight. 210 shredded is the goal in 9 weeks for Olympia weekend. Who's going? As I would love to shake hands with EVERYONE and I truly mean that.

Headed to LA for the day to support all the competitors at the NPC LA Championships @musclecontest. I competed in this show 2 years ago and I was such a rookie. atrain_100 Simple sometimes is best! My post gym meal while training at Muscle Beach in Venice, CA. No magical foods guys, so Firehouse restaurant post training with @littleloislane @zachdeal @bradleymartyn. Be flexible within your plan so you can enjoy eating out. Chicken, egg whites and pancakes now we all enjoy those foods right?!

Before- 125lbs 29in waist

Current- 107lbs, 24.5in waist

We're not done!!! 12 weeks left to kick some more @$$ with @Team_Atrain. I KNOW it can be difficult to get started, so many other things take precedence. But without happiness within ourselves we cannot enjoy the fruits of our labor. You have to take care of yourself and you have to make time. Love you all and start slow.

Homemade Spicy Chicken Naan Pizza in 10 MIN!
Pop the Naan into the oven on broil for just a couple minutes to brown it
You'll need:
Chicken
Red pepper
Tomatoes
Garlic
Any seasonings
Low/non fat mozzarella cheese .
Cook all ingredients on stove top or grill, add to browned naan
Top with cheese
Put back into oven just long enough to melt together. 10 MIN MAX. #TeamAtrain with your naan pizza creations.

Over these past few years I've realized my greatest sense of accomplishment comes from not holding others back but helping them. Seeing others accomplish goals and reach true happiness with themselves trumps my own victories every time. You simple just feel like a good person making a small impact in someone's life. DOUBLE TAP my Pizza Lovers! BBQ Chicken Pizza.

AHHHHHH who loves pizza? And who loves BBQ? Now let's combine the 2️. Nothing like that smokey amazing taste in the crust! I first cooked the dough/flat bread slightly on the grill. Then added all of my toppings that fit my macro needs for this meal (chicken/turkey bacon is cooked prior). Put the pizza back on the grill just long enough to melt the cheesy. Tag a friend and GRILL YOOOO PIE.

Check out client @angelddiaz transformation into his first show. Show Angel some love and support️. I can't even begin to explain how tough it is to step on stage to be judged by hundreds and sit there with a smile on your face. Yes respect the grind but respect the heart and courage it takes to do something like this. One week out here - 5'6" 180lbs to 156lbs. I'm so PUMPED for this man! Crazy work hours so flexible dieting and no food restrictions was a must! @Team_Atrain I'm a firm believer in no shakes, no drugs and no diuretics #Natty. Use food along with science and skip the extremes you hear about. Competing isn't easy but this also isn't a competition on who can suffer the most. #TeamAtrain
