• anneruthmann Here's my PDF on how to write: just type what you're thinking, then publish. ;) I think the biggest obstacle is often in over thinking things. Doing things takes less effort than thinking about how they should be done before doing them. • anneruthmann @kplicanic I was surprised that my waist to hip ratio was healthy despite my 2litre pouch. I've been getting several messages from other natural science practitioners (Applied Kinesiology and Acupunturist) that lined up with the Iris analysis concerning my body's struggle with removing toxins from my tummy. These things are overlooked by western medicine tests and general physicals. The last western docs I went to all assumed incorrect diagnoses, tested for them, and came back inconclusive. So- I'm willing to entertain a variety of natural remedies considering western medicines have only had a negative impact on me which is often worse than the original symptom.   3d

• chandramichelle But without an orange carrot there, the purple carrot wouldn't know it was purple bc there wouldn't be anything to compare it to. So therefore the purple carrot would just be.   4d

• anneruthmann @iamparris the purple carrots are sweeter with more antioxidants. The orange carrots absorb other flavors better for stews. So- it all depends on what you're making or what you want. I like them equally.   4d
