angiepillars I am looking for 6 women who want to spend the three weeks focusing on their health using the 21 Day Fix program and Shakeology as a meal replacement. Looking only for people serious about getting their nutrition in order and who are willing to spend at least 30 minutes a day exercising from home. angiepillars TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY ~ How amazing does my sweet friend @jamieburke01 look!?!?! Seriously so proud of her. She is officially down 100 POUNDS!
Jamie is one of the sweetest, most genuine people you will ever meet. Her journey to healthy & fit inspires me so much. She is just as beautiful on the inside as the outside.
Her hard work has not only resulted in a killer physical transformation, but her confidence has grown as well & she's in great health! Love you, Jamie!

angiepillars 1 red of meat sauce (with lean ground turkey), 2 greens of spaghetti squash, & 1 blue of Parmesan cheese. Good stuff! I can't say I didn't miss a hunk of garlic bread, but I survived...barely! 2w

angiepillars Today's #21dayfix lunch. 1 red ️ of lean ground beef (leftover from yesterday) & 3 greens ( 1 of peppers/onions/zucchini - 1 of green cabbage, shredded - 1 baby spinach, chopped), 1 yellow of whole wheat tortilla {not shown} & 1/2 a blue of Parmesan. So good & faster than fast food! Done in 10 minutes start to finish including chopping! 2w

angiepillars I made it to day 5 of the 21 Day Fix! And I'm feeling GREAT! Trying to stay off the scale until Monday, but I have had a few awesome non-scale victories this week 2 eggs, chopped onions, peppers, baby spinach, whole wheat tortilla, sprinkle of cheese & spicy habanero & chipotle salsa (just a bit ). 3w

angiepillars I seriously tried to come up with every excuse in the book to skip my workout. Then this strong guy said he wanted to workout too. How could I say no to this face?!? So Lower Fix is DONE! I'm so thankful to have this little one & the amazing ladies in my challenge group cheering me on

angiepillars Today's lunch was HUGE! There is no way someone could starve on this program. This is 2 yellow of brown rice-quinoa mix, 1 red of salsa chicken from the crockpot, 1 green of onions & peppers from last nights meal prep & 1 blue of mashed avocado - amazingly almost 1/2 an avocado fit in that little blue container. 3w

angiepillars In need of a humbling experience? Have someone take "before" pics of you before starting a new workout program! Sheesh, that was hopefully the most UNfun thing I'll have to do today. I tried to talk myself out of it, to put off until tomorrow... But I didn't & honestly it sucked lol! However if I can inspire just one person while I'm on this journey it is worth it! 3w
