    Last weekend on my way down to see the JimmyC piece, I ended up having to walk a mile and half down the Caledonian Road as I forgot to top up my travel card and had to walk instead of taking the bus. I wasn't looking forward to it as it's not the most inspiring road in London. Or so I thought. It ended up taking me about two hours as I came across some unexpected interesting bits of street art, unusual characters and interesting shutters, including this one.       2w

  • amandact I was so excited when I heard about this new #jimmyc piece just near King's Cross. I was there for about an hour (seriously) going back and forth across a busy road trying to get the right person and angle. But nobody walked by that I was happy with so I went with this lady (the first picture I took.) She goes to the trouble of matching her handbag and shoes, so she's cool in my book.   3w

  • amandact I love 'across the platform' shots and this station lends itself so well. It's not too far away so you can get a decent shot and it's far away enough so as not to be noticed. People go about their business while I stand there blatantly pointing my iPhone allowing me to get the perfect shot. This scene reminds me of a theatre set. I went for a #16x9 crop as I thought it suited it better.   2mon
