__absafterbaby Made some turkey burgers today with spinach, bell peppers, jalapeños, zucchini, egg and garlic; used coconut oil spray for grill. @tish__the__dish 1 hr walk w/neighbor and shoulder day today. I'm thinking of doing 5mi tomorrow, because my legs were too sore to run today. Do you ever add more miles on other days to "make up" for other runs? 2mon

__absafterbaby Post workout yum...using fruits as my post workout because they are high in natural sugar but low in calories. Nice, fresh, sweet way to replenish glycogen used on my run today. Also worked shoulders & arms @tish__the__dish and I have committed to being #virtualtrainingpartners and we are both getting back into our passion...running. Feels good to have her on the other side of the US keeping me motivated. S/O to my hubby @lewgunn for pushing Rome's stroller up the inclines, that baby is getting too heavy for Momma. #humpday 3mon
