SLUTTY WHORES SMORES BROWNIE BARS
RECIPE:

1 pillsbury chocolate chip dough roll or scroll down my feed for homemade dough.

one box fudge brownie mix

4 packs hershey chocolate bars 3 bars for the batter ; 1 to put on top of the brownies
big marshmallow

PROCEDURE:

preheat oven at 325

1. roll a pin to a chilled cookie dough then lay it on a 8x9 baking pan.

2. in a bowl break the hersheys in small pcs. save one pack for later. nuke it in 30 seconds intervals for at least 1.5 mins till the chocolate is melted.

3. as per package ingredients & direction mix the package of brownie mix in a deep big bowl.plus the melted chocolate

4. bake the cookie dough at 325 for 6-8 mins.(depends on ur oven). put it in the freezer for at least 5 mins.. then pour the brownie mix on top of it.bake it at 325 for 25-30 mins or until u poke with a stick its still a bit chewy not dry dry.take it out & align the big marshmallow on top then put the rest of the hershey bar then just broil it for at least 3 mins juss till the marshmallow puffed and it gets golden brown.

PORK SPARE RIBS ADOBO FOR DUMMIES

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

3 lbs pork baby back ribs cutlets ( ask ur butcher to cut it sinigang style or individual rib

5 cloves garlic grated finely
2 regular size white onion chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup pure cane vinegar (this has a hint of sweetness)
1/2 tsp brown sugar
3 dry laurel leaves
1/2 cup water
black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil or cooking oil

PROCEDURE

1. in a low medium heat stove top put a pot on the fire then pour the cooking oil and sautee the garlic and onions.
2. stirring till the onions becomes translucent.

3. add the meat then cover it tightly lower the heat to low and let it simmer till the meat's water content comes out. prolly 20 mins.

4. add the soy sauce & laurel leaves then just put all the ingredients. close it again tightly

5.let it simmer for about 2 hours in low heat.the liquid steams out.

6. take the lid out and let the liquid reduced till its thickens in low heat

7. serve with steam rice

8 oz mozzarella sliced in 6 pieces
6 slices soft large white bread
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt pinch
Butter for frying

PROCEDURE:
1. in a wide deep bowl whisk the egg and the milk.

2. divide the mozzarella with the the bread slices in 2:2ratio. 2 slices of bread to two slices of mozzarella

3. put together like youre making a sandwich. then gently drop it on the egg milk mixture. like youre making a frenchtoast

4. in a skillet in medium heat put 1/2 tsp of butter gently put the sandwich and cook both sides for at least 3 mins or till its golden brown. slice it diagonally serve hot.

MR. CRABBY CRAB CAKES
(healthier version)
RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup crab meat
2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of lemon pepper seasoning
black pepper
1 cup panko bread
2 tbsp olive oil
PROCEDURE:

pre-heat oven at 350

1. in a bowl add everything except the panko and olive oil.

2. dont over mix instead use the folding technique. push your spatula to the bottom of the bowl then slowly gently lift it up and fold it back. do it like 6-8 times or until you see that everything is incorporated.

3.in a separate bowl. pour the panko bread crumbs.

4.use a cookie dough scooper( these are meant to be finger food bites) and slowly drop it on the panko crumbs and roll it gently. repeat till you finished the meat.

5. line the baking sheet with parchment paper. lay down all the crabby cakes then drizzle them with a lil olive oil( itll help to get that golden brown color)
6. bake it for 10 mins or until they are golden brown.

It just depend on d batch lol jus like d grapes .. d ones I jus bought was from Island Pacific , & its $3.00 per lb .. & sweet :p check your Asian market ..,I've seen d ONE from Safeway or maybe Vons to u guys $3.99 a lb , d ones by d freeway is always good & cheaper I get the strawberries from them too , eeeeek! RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

7-8 large hass avocados
6-8 regular size limes seeded juiced
10 cloves garlic minced or grated
4 roma tomatoes seeded cubed
1 large white onion or red cubed
2 jalapeno seeded cubed
salt
2 bunch cilantro cut where the string is.throw the stalks
PROCEDURE:

1. with the minced/grated garlic chop the cilantro with it and add a tsp of salt keep mincin till all leaves are bruised and look like a coarse paste

2. in a big bowl put the garlic cilantro . tomatoes.onions.jalapeno.

3. cut the avocado in half. seeded cube them last so they dont get brown.

4. put the avocado and lime juice. mix it and mushed the avocado with all the other ingredients till you get the consistency you want and how chunky you want it.

_thispinaycancook_ LOUISIANA SPICY CAJUN STYLE BOILED LOBSTER.ALASKAN CRAB LEGS.SHRIMP.POTATO MEDLEY & CORN
RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

2 3-4 lbs fresh whole lobsters
2-3 lbs whole shrimp
4 alaskan crab legs
5 fresh whole corn break into three or four parts
2 bags of potato medley
2 packets of louisiana seafood boil powder save 2 tbsp aside.
1 tbsp salt
1 beer ( whatever is available)
2 bars of butter melted
2 lemons quartered
1 bulb garlic
1 large onion peeled halved
PROCEDURE:

1. in a LARGE POT one that will fit the two lobsters and the other ingredients. fill it halfway with water. set to boil. add all the ingredients except the seafood. corn potato and butter.

2. wash the seafood and veggies thoroughly. then put the lobster. i boiled mine for like more or less 30-40 minutes depending on the size. i googled that a 2 lb lobster should be boiled for 18-22 mins. mine were 4+ lbs. add the potato and corn.and the crab and shrimp. take the shrimp after 15 mins or so and the potato and corn.

3. take the lobster out and corn and potato when done.throw the garlic lemon onion away.

4. place thick layers of newspaper on a clean table."dump" the drained seafood into the newspaper.

5. pour half of the melted butter all over then sprinkle more of the louisiana powder on the seafood boil

_thispinaycancook_ WHORE'S SMORES CUPCAKES W/ CHOCO NUT(ella) IN MY MOUTH GANACHE

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS
for the cake:

1 box of ghirardelli double chocolate brownie mix package
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs room temp
pinch of salt

PROCEDURE:

1. in a stand mixer or a deep bowl mix everythinb together.put aside.

for the graham crust

1 1/2 cup grounded graham crackers
pinch of salt
2 tbsp melted butter

PROCEDURE:

1. in a deep medium bowl mix everything with a fork till it resembles wet sand

for the marshmallow filling
buy the premade marshmallow spread or filling at the baking section. put it in a frosting bag.

ASSEMBLY:

preheat oven at 350

1. line cupcake baking pan with cupcake holder.

2. put 1 tbsp of the graham crust on each cupcake. with a melon baller press gently to packed it up or use ur fingers and press to form the crust. freeze for 10 mins.

3. pour roughly 1 1/2 tbsp of the cake batter on each cupcake.

4. squeeze some of the marshmallow in the middle. making sure it doesnt go and touch the sides.

5. pour the rest of the batter to cover the marshmallow bout 3/4 filled
6. bake for 15-17 mins or till its firm to the touch and kinda glossy but not sticky

7. cool them off completely before putting the ganache.( see previous post for the recipe)

fyi: double the measurement for the ganache recipe if u want to. i tend to not to put too much when the cake is too sweet.
