drericgoodman There are a couple ingredients required for structural integrity: a strong spine that is minimally flexible and strong hips that are maximally flexible. We need yo lengthen our spine as we ask it ti rotate and then we must teach it to hold on as tight as possible to its new found length and strength. The spine is strong enough, but not powerful. The hips are powerful and they are the joints that should so most of your moving. The Posterior Chain reacts extremely well to this sort of thing, and when your Posterior Chain is strong, your body works much better. #foundationtrainingispowerfulshit #FounderstartedwithOlympians #ParkCityWindmill 3w

The changes, improvement, confidence and joy that come from teaching are second to none. My life has changed as a direct result of helping others improve theirs. Might I suggest that each and every one of you do a solid for someone today. Be extra kind, extra generous and extra thoughtful. Practice this until the term extra simply no longer applies because you've adapted to a higher degree of giving of yourself evolving and adapting to the man or woman you wish to be is an easily applicable daily practice.
