_ahnita@mobilemorrigan The beans smells good! Can't wait to try them. Need to buy myself some French press & coffee grinder first :)9mon
mnov5534 No not at all!! It's the best coffee you will make unless you spend thousands on a commercial grade espresso machine!! The cheap espresso machines you get from department stores will mostly have crap results. The stovetop is the only method of making coffee (apart from espresso machines) which uses pressure to extract coffee. If you get the grind and amount of water & coffee right, you'll be in coffee heaven!! It goes without saying that you need to use the best coffee beans you can find to get a true orgasmic coffee experience!!

mnov5534 P.S. if you like lattes or cappuccinos, then you need a tuttocrema as well, that's what I use and it can make surprisingly thick and creamy froth!! If you're interested I'll find you a link to the one I bought!

mobilemorrigan@junhazuki If you are going to be in Toronto and like coffee, you must check out the Bulldog Cafe on Granby (near Carlton and Church).

mobilemorrigan Ahn, I agree with @mnov5534, the Bialetti makes great coffee and is much smaller and easier to store than most machines. But I do feel badly for sending something that requires a purchase for you to enjoy it; I sent the beans because @_torin_ and I go every Saturday morning and I keep posting photos of their coffee. It's the closest thing to an Australian flat white that I've been able to find in Toronto.

mnov5534 Yes you made a great choice, I'm sure you will hate buying coffee outside now because it will be hard to find a cafe that makes it as good as your Bialetti at home!! @mobilemorrigan Yes it's easy to store and most importantly, super quick and easy to clean!! The thought of having to clean an espresso machine after only making 1 or 2 cups a day is enough to put me off from wanting one!! Haha

mobilemorrigan@mnov5534 I'm with you -- I shy away from any kitchen gadget or machine that is time consuming or difficult to clean.
